Individualised Services

Individualised Services

Workpower assists individuals and families to design and purchase services that meet their individual needs and provide them with great results.

We work across the metropolitan area and in Mandurah. We’re open 7 days a week, and will fit in with whatever time suits best.

Our friendly, professional and dedicated staff are fully trained and qualified. All are security cleared and comply with Working with Children and Police checks. We are respectful and understand the value of privacy.

School Leavers

School Leavers

Some parents may experience uncertainty when their child is getting ready to leave school. Workpower can assist you to facilitate the next stage for your family.

We meet with families to discuss service options. We will then develop a plan for each young person, specific to that individual’s needs. This can be a mix of community inclusion and employment options.

The profile we build for each school leaver helps to boost personal development.

We are here to help families understand their funding, allowances and what services they may be eligible for.

Shared Management

Shared Management

Individuals and families can choose to enter into a shared management which involves you and/or your family managing and coordinating your own services, and having Workpower administers the funds.

Essentially, you design and run your own service!

Family and Carer Support

Family and Carer Support

Workpower assists families and carers through either providing or coordinating services that assist families to maintain or build capacity, in their caring roles. This looks like coordinating professional services or delivering resilience building programs for siblings or providing support work service for those one off occasions that arise

Why Choose Us

Why Choose Us

At Workpower, we know how challenging it can be for parents when their child is getting ready to leave school. We can provide seamless pathways between school and employment options as well as through community inclusion programs.

We provide services in all areas. Where a family lives is not an issue. Our disability care services offer creative, outcomes based programs for young people in both centre and community based settings.

All of our programs offer a wide variety of recreational, leisure and developmental activities, to encourage individuals to become more independent by gaining life and social skills in a caring and supportive environment.

We have improved the quality of life of many carers and participants over the years. Here is a sample of what some of our families have to say about the quality of our service:
"They really listen and always strive to accommodate the goals of our family" Carolyn

“One of the best things about Workpower is the people. The support staff and the case managers are so wonderful to deal with. They really listen and always strive to accommodate the goals of our family to the best of their ability with resources they have available. I also appreciated being informed of the changes the company was going through during the restructuring. This made me stay as I knew where I stood during the process and I felt that everyone at Workpower had my best interests at heart. The program is really flexible to match the changing needs of my child and keep his personal development progressing in a positive and constructive direction.”
